Sex In Words - Tiffany Reisz and Open Mic!
Happy New Year! Welcome back to Sex In Words.
We had a month off of our normal quarterly schedule, seeing as the next Sex In Words should have fallen on 24 December and, as kinky and sex positive as even I am, I think we can all agree there are other priorities at that time of year! Sex In Words - the BDSM edition
Hello all!
Well, the submissions are in, decisions have been made, and we are well underway for the next Sex In Words, hosted by Dymocks Adelaide.
I am very excited to be bringing you the details of this month's event. We are pushing the boundaries even further this time, going with a BDSM theme, promising you a sexy, thrilling, fun filled night!
First, our author line up. From Melbourne, Victoria, newbie author Tamsin Baker will be joining us! Tamsin's steamy M/M short caught my eye (we'll go with eye) and I had to give her a spot so you could experience it also. But you are in for a special treat. Not only will you hear Tamsin's scorching hot words of male on male kinky fun, you'll hear them read by the supremely talented Vince Fusco. Vince recently brought life to a naughty story at my Made for Hire book launch and he gamely agreed to come back and entertain us again.
And all the way from London, UK via Skype, the sexy slinger of smut, Kay Jaybee will grace us with her virtual presence! Sex In Words II
Hello authors!
I am excited to let you know that I am currently accepting submissions for the next Sex In Words event at Dymocks Adelaide in Rundle Mall! Please send your subs to me at kyokochurch (at) hotmail (dot) com by August 31, 2013.
If you are unfamiliar with this new event, you can read about it on this blog or on Dymocks' blog.
We had the inaugural evening in June. Two lovely and talented authors, Angela Castle and Kate Belle,
bravely and generously agreed to come out from Victoria to participate.
Champagne was drunk. Chocolates were nibbled. Naughty words were
spoken... unashamedly and with gusto! It was a super fun evening.
Oh, and I should probably add... books were sold and signed! But don't
take my word for it being a great time. Here is a write up.

Hosted by erotica author Kyoko Church, Sex In Words is a fun and exciting new event which will showcase three established or emerging authors to an audience by having the author read a short story or an excerpt from his or her work aloud. The one requirement: the content includes a healthy dose of sex!
Where will it be held?
The event will be held at Dymocks book store in Rundle Mall, Adelaide, Australia.
When will it be held?
The inaugural event will be Tuesday, June 25, 2013 @ 7 p.m.
Who can attend?
As the content will be explicit and sexual in nature, this event is restricted to people 18 years and older. People easily offended by such depictions may wish to pass... unless you enjoy being offended, in which case come out and be scandalized!
Who can participate?
Authors from any genre may submit work for consideration to be included in the event. Emerging and established authors alike will be considered. We are looking for high quality writing with the central theme of sex.
What does it cost?
Currently it is FREE to attend and participate!
